Welcome to the NEXT Journal. Why we're writing every two weeks.
Every two weeks, NEXT will publish an article — right here and in our newsletter. Some will be deep dives into the projects our members are building. Others will be honest write-ups of what went wrong at a hackathon, what a CTF taught us about security, or what we wish someone had told us in first year.
We are a community of enthusiasts exploring technology, and exploration is only half the work. Writing it down is the other half. The NEXT Journal is where classroom learning, late-night debugging, and industry practice get recorded so the next batch of students doesn't start from zero.
What we'll publish
Expect project retrospectives, event recaps, technical tutorials, and member spotlights. Every article is written by a NEXT member and edited by the editorial team before it ships. If it's on this page, someone in our community lived it.
How to contribute
Any Regular Member can pitch an article. Bring a draft, an outline, or even just a topic to the editorial team and we'll help you shape it. Publishing cadence is every two weeks — there is always a slot with your name on it.
